Mnandi United Football Association of South Africa also known as Groove Champions League. This is a soccer tournament where event organizers put money up and play against each other to create cohesion in the eventing community while raising some money to be donated to a charity of the winner’s choice. The event is not exclusive to event organizers but open to the public as well, with the emphasis and majority participants being event organisers and celebrities. The tournament happens twice a year and is in its 4th year. Teams such as Until Until, Family Tree, MajorLeague, Soweto’s Finest, TrapLords etc participate, drawing a large crowd attendance.

MUFASA will be held at Silver Falcon Rugby Club on the 18th of November. The winning team will be awarded R10 000 – R5000 of which they will be able to donate to a charity of their choice and R5000 towards the team – and two cases of Miller.

Registration fee is R1000 for a team of 10 players maximum.

Since 2013, Homecoming Events has run a 12-month internship programme that gives young driven individuals a platform to grow within the entertainment and marketing fields.

7 out 250 applicants were selected to form part of the 2017 program. Innovative, determined and creative individuals were chosen after a series of interviews and challenges.


During the internship, interns rotate among the 5 departments of the company while also being given exposure to elements that relate to their field of study, e.g. law, finance, marketing etc.

The Homecoming Events Internship programme has opened doors for many young individuals to pursue and achieve their dreams. Once the internship has ended, you walk away with new skills, knowledge, insights and a lifelong network of friends and contacts.
